H.M.S. Mallaig was one of one hundred and fourteen Hunt Class minesweepers completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
Mallaig paid off on 18 October, 1919 in charge of a C. & M. Party.[7]
In January, 1921, she was at Harwich, one of forty-one paid off minesweepers there.[8]
In early 1926, she was part of the Reserve Fleet at the Nore.[9]
