Guy Plantagenet Bigg-Wither

Captain Guy Plantagenet Bigg-Wither, Royal Navy (1 June, 1878 – 2 June, 1950) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
He was to be one of Herbert Richmond's sources of "information and encouragement within the Naval Staff" in the Training and Staff Duties Division.[1]
Life & Career
Bigg-Wither was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1900.[2]
He was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1912.[3]
He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1917.[4]
Post-War
In August 1920, he was appointed in command of the light cruiser Dartmouth.[5] On 14 August, 1921, he was placed in charge of H.M.S. Caradoc, remaining in command for about one year.[6]
He succumbed to leukemia on 2 June, 1950.[7]
