Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Frank Collins Marston, R.N. (14 December, 1867 – 1 December, 1948) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Marston's birth date was first, wrongly, recorded as 14 March, 1867.
Marston was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 8 February, 1896.
Marston was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 89 on 9 March, 1912.[1]
Marston was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 1 April, 1912.
Marston was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 May, 1918.
Placed on the Retired List due to age on 14 March, 1922, Marston was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 1 May, 1926.
