Lieutenant-Commander Gilbert Charles Anglin Whitelocke, (13 August, 1893 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
A 1914 evaluation noted that Whitelocke was "exceptional."
Awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal for lifesaving at sea in 1915.
Whitelocke was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1916.
Whitelocke was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1924.
Whitelocke was appointed to Curacoa as squadron gunnery officer on 10 May, 1927.[1]
