H.M.S. Marne was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

There was a destroyer of the same name launched in 1940.

Service

She fought at the Battle of Jutland under the command of Lieutenant-Commander George B. Hartford, screening the Battle Fleet as one of the fourteen "M" class destroyers of the Eleventh Destroyer Flotilla.[6] Hartford would remain in command throughout the war.[7]

Reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport on 15 October, 1919.[8]
