Captain Christopher Hooper Philips, R.N., Retired (10 October, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Greenwich the son of John Philips, Esq., the Director of [illeg] Branch.
Philips was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1907.
Philips was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1915.
Philips was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1919.
Philips was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Captain on 14 October, 1930.[1]
