Captain (retired) Arthur Herbert Boldero, ( – 10 March, 1929) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Boldero was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 June, 1869.

Boldero was promoted to the rank of Commander on 11 July, 1882.

In December 1887, Boldero was ordered to bring the composite screw sloop Daring home from the China Station to pay off at Sheerness after her fourth term of foreign service. The ship was not expected to serve further.[1]

Boldero was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 20 December, 1895.
