Lieutenant Edmund Grindall Festing, ( – 26 September, 1913) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Had to be removed from command of the composite gunboat Decoy in early 1883 to be treated at Malta for delirium tremens.
Retired at his own request on 14 July 1855.
