H.M.S. G 11 was one of fourteen "G" class submarines completed in Britain during the Great War, intended primarily to hunt German U-boats.

Service

A Court Martial into the loss of the submarine attributed no blame on Lieutenant-Commander George Fagan Bradshaw.[7]

Captains

Dates of appointment are provided when known.

There seems to be some disagreement over who was in command at the end, but it seems that Sandford was ill ashore when Bradshaw was given temporary command of the sub.
