William Purvis Wright

Lieutenant-General SIR William Purvis Wright, K.C.B., R.M.L.I. (16 July, 1846 – 29 April, 1910) was an officer in the Royal Marine Light Infantry.

Life & Career

On 9 November, 1904, he was appointed a Knight Commander in the Most Honourable Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in the King's Birthday Honours.[1]
