Temporary Captain William Moultrie Moses, (5 December, 1899 – ) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Moses was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 July, 1939.[1] Moses was promoted to the rank of Temporary Captain on 18 June, 1942.[2]
