Commander William Henry Collingwood Selby, ( – 20 February, 1882) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Selby was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 28 November, 1863.
Selby was promoted to the rank of Commander on 23 March, 1878.
Died on 20 February 1882 of effects of a wound received "from an Albanian."
