Temporary Lieutenant R.N.R. Richard Jolley, (28 April, 1891 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Received training in the Modified Sweep in Vernon in 1917.[1]
Jolley was promoted to the rank of Temporary Lieutenant R.N.R. on 7 February, 1919.[2]
