Commander (retired) Richard Dickon Herbert Stephen Pankhurst, D.S.C. (3 December, 1907 – 5 May, 1991) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Pankhurst was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1931.[1]

Pankhurst was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1939.[2]

Pankhurst was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 3 December, 1952.[3]
