Captain (retired) James Pipon Montgomery, R.N. (29 July, 1853 – 22 April, 1916) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Montgomery was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 24 May, 1877.
Montgomery was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1892.
Placed on the Retired List at his own request on 28 January, 1903, Montgomery was promoted to the rank of Captain (retired) on 30 June, 1907.
