Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. (retired) James Eldon Evans ( – 22 June, 1950) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Evans was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 September, 1916.[1]
Evans was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 87 on 11 December, 1917, and served in this role through at least mid-1919. He was demobilised on 19 November, 1919.[2]
Evans was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 September, 1924.[3]
