Commander (retired) Arthur Thomas Target, R.N. (18 August, 1850 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born at Bath.
Target was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1874. In March 1879, he qualified as an interpreter in Hindustani.
Target was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 18 August, 1895.
