Captain R.N.R. (retired) Arthur Rutherford Dundas Collins, O.B.E., R.D. (18 October, 1881 – 6 March, 1940) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Collins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 18 March, 1911.[1]

Mentioned in despatches on 4 July, 1918, Collins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 18 March, 1919.[2]

Collins was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 31 December, 1923.[3]

Placed on the Retired List on 18 October, 1931, Collins was promoted to the rank of Captain R.N.R. on 16 January, 1935.[4]
