William John Maxwell, ( – ) served in the United States Navy. He would serve as the eighteenth Naval Governor of Guam.
Life & Career
Maxwell was born in Washington, D.C.. He joined the Navy on 9 June, 1874.[1]
Maxwell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 2 December, 1902.[2]
