Herbert Willes Webley Hope (1878–1969) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was appointed command of the light cruiser Dartmouth on 1 October, 1917.[1]

He was appointed command of the battlecruiser Repulse in November 1924.[2]
