Commander (retired) Harold de Gallye Lamotte, D.S.O., R.N. (2 December, 1882 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Kingston on Thames, the son of William de Gallye Lamotte, a civil servant in the Treasury Department.
Lamotte was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 January, 1905.
Lamotte was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 January, 1913.
Post-War
Retired at his own request on 29 September, 1920.
Lamotte was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 2 December, 1922.
