Rear-Admiral Edward Cecil Villiers, C.M.G., Royal Navy, Retired (16 February, 1866 – 16 April, 1939) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Villiers was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1901.[1]
Villiers was placed on the Retired List, with the rank of Rear-Admiral (Retired); from 23 October, 1917.[2] -1917.
