H.M. T.B. 62 was one of twelve second-class torpedo boats of the T.B. 51 class.

Service

In 1881, she and T.B. 61 were assigned to the armoured cruiser Northampton.[7]

Foundered off North America while being towed by the screw sloop Buzzard on 21 October, 1890.[8]
