Germany's twelve V 150 Class Destroyers were launched in 1907 and 1908, and were the first German destroyers to feature a 8.8cm gun on their forecastle.

Design

Following recent patterns, Template:DE-V161 was built with a turbine rather than the V.T.E. engines of the others.

Armament

The ships were armed as follows.[1]

Guns

  • V 150-155: two 8.8cm SKL/35
  • V 156-161: two 8.8cm SKL/30

Torpedoes

  • three 45cm tubes
