H.M.S. Gabriel was one of seven flotilla leaders of the Lightfoot class.

Service

Gabriel joined the Grand Fleet's Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla as a flotilla leader in June, 1916.[6]

In July, 1918, she joined the Twentieth Destroyer Flotilla as the leader of its Slow Division, operating out of the Humber.[7]

She was reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport, 15 October, 1919.[8]
