William John Foster ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 30 September, 1905, Foster was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 26.[1]
Foster was appointed in command of the submarine C 13 on 14 November, 1912.[2]
On 2 September, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine D 8.[3]
