Admiral Richard Bowles Farquhar, C.B. (12 January, 1859 – 27 November, 1948) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Promoted Vice-Admiral with seniority dated 5 October, 1917.
In 1911 he served as Rear-Admiral of the Devonport Sub-Division of the Home Fleet. In November, 1912 was appointed president of the Committee on the Ventilation of Modern Warships.
