Captain Stephen Herbert Radcliffe, C.M.G. was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

On 17 May, 1913 Radcliffe was appointed to command the battlecruiser HMAS Australia. During the war he commanded the armoured cruiser Drake, the cruiser Achilles and the dreadnought Superb.

On 6 April, 1922 Radcliffe was promoted Rear-Admiral and the next day requested retirement.
