Captain (retired) Nigel Bellairs Deare, (4 December, 1894 – 19 November, 1956) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Deare was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 September, 1916, later adjusted to 15 June, 1916.[1]

Deare was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1924.[2]

Deare was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1929.[3]

Deare was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Captain on 4 December, 1944.[4]
