Commander R.N.R. (retired) Ernest Combe Miller, (5 May, 1872 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Miller was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 18 October, 1909.
Miller was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 18 October, 1917. He received positive evaluations throughout the war.
Miller was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 20 April, 1919.
World War II
Miller claimed an exemption from service due to age and poor health.
