Vice-Admiral SIR Hilary Worthington Biggs, D.S.O.*, C.B., K.B.E. (15 January, 1905 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Biggs was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 April, 1927.
