Charles Sinclair Elliot

Captain Charles Sinclair Elliot, R.N., Retired (26 September, 1853 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Elliot was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 July, 1879.

Elliot was promoted to the rank of Commander on 9 December, 1893.

Elliot was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1903.
