Lieutenant-Commander Richard Everley Washbourn, (14 February, 1910 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Washbourn was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 February, 1932. Washbourn was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 February, 1940. Awarded the Goodenough Medal, the Commander Egerton Prize and the Ronald Megaw Memorial Prize.
