Admiral Alfred Taylor Dale, Royal Navy (26 September, 1840 – 14 November, 1925) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Dale was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1876.[1]

Dale was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 10 September, 1891, vice Barnardiston.[2]

He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 16 September, 1897, vice Nicholson.[3]

In accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council of 8 December, 1903, Dale was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 24 May, 1905.[4]
