Life & Career
The son of Charles P. Allen, Esq., M.P. and Barrister and Law.
Allen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1916.
Allen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 June, 1924.
Allen was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1930.
Allen was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1937.
World War II
Retired 8 January, 1947.
