On 1 April 1913, Immogene was re-commissioned at Malta.[1]

A small ship with a barkentine rig displacing 460 tons, Imogene served as a Q-ship from 24 February, 1918. In this role, she mounted one 4-in gun, two 12-pdrs and a 7.5-in Bomb Thrower.[2]

Imogene was renamed H.M.S. Impey in 1919, shortly before being sold.
