Captain of the Fleet in the Royal Navy is a title I understand little.
It is worth noting that at some point, various fleets, such as [Atlantic Fleet (Royal Navy)]] boasted their own "Captain of the Fleet". I am not sure whether those on this list are for the entire Royal Navy or not. This needs further work, obviously.
