Life & Career
Born in Leamington the son of Captain J. H. Blacklock, whom I cannot identify.
Blacklock was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1911.
Post-War
Blacklock was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1919.
Blacklock was promoted to the rank of Commander on 39 June, 1925.
Blacklock was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1931.
Blacklock was placed on the Retired List as medically unfit on 14 July 1938.
