Admiral Herbert Lyon, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (28 December, 1856 – 6 March, 1919) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Lyon was appointed to the Tamar as Commodore, Second Class and naval officer in charge at Hong Kong on 18 August, 1908.[1]
