Montague Robert Bernard ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bernard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 Aprilo, 1906.[1]
Bernard was appointed in command of the destroyer Kangaroo on 29 July, 1912.[2]
He was in command of the destroyer Nubian when she was torpedoed at at Battle of Dover Strait on the night of 26-27 October, 1916.[3]
Bernard was appointed in command of the flotilla leader Valkyrie on 9 July, 1920.[4]
