Charles Home Cochran ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Cochran was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 17 December, 1873.[1]

He was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Minerva in September, 1900.[2]

In February, 1903, Cochran was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Venus.[3]
