Somerville Peregrine Brownlow Russell ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Russell was appointed in command of the destroyer Otter on 7 November, 1914.[1]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Tintagel on 24 October, 1918.[2]

On 29 April, 1919, Russell was appointed in command of the destroyer Venomous.[3]
