Commander Seymour Fisher Rowe ( – 27 February, 1916) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Rowe was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1910.[1]

Rowe was appointed in command of the destroyer Foam on 20 February, 1913.[2]

Commander Rowe succumbed to illness while posted in Falmouth on 27 February, 1916.[3]
