Life & Career
Simeon entered the Navy direct from Worcester in mid September, 1906.
Simeon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1911.
Simeon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1919.
Simeon was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1924.
Simeon was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1930.
