Captain Herbert William Wyld, D.S.O., R.N., Retired (4 June, 1882 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Wyld was appointed Lieutenant & Commander of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 35 on 4 August, 1909.[1]
Wyld was appointed in command of the destroyer Pincher on 20 September, 1912.[2]
On 15 November, 1916, Wyld was appointed in command of the destroyer Nereide.[3]
Post-war
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Spindrift on 21 June, 1920.[4]
