Life & Career
Marshall was serving as Assistant to Director of Dockyards in March of 1891.Template:NLMar1891
Sometime prior to March, 1913, he was appointed as Director of Dockyards and Repair. He would hold this post until being superseded by Sir Laurence E. Power on 1 June, 1917.[1][2][Inference]
