Percy Reginald Vaughan

Commander R.N.R. (retired) Percy Reginald Vaughan, D.S.C., R.D., R.N.R. (25 February, 1876 – c. April, 1950) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Vaughan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 3 December, 1910.[1]

Vaughan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 3 December, 1918. He was to be the Senior Officer in the planned Fourteenth Fleet Sweeping Flotilla, but this was scrubbed. He was demobilised on 13 January, 1919.[2]

Vaughan was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 25 February, 1921.[3]

Vaughan's death was noted in Lloyd's List and copied into his Service Record on 28 April, 1950. The date of death was not stated.[4]
