Life & Career
Russell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1922.[1]
Russell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1930.[2]
Russell was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 9 June, 1946.[3]
