Charles Stanley Cook Steen (17 November, 1887 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Steen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 September, 1916.[1]

He served as navigating officer in the seaplane carrier Ben-my-Chree from March 1915 until she paid off on 31 January, 1917.[2]

Steen was appointed Lieutenant, R.N.R. in Command of the destroyer Gipsy on 14 October, 1918.[3]

Steen was placed on the Retired List due to non-sea service on 22 December, 1922 and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 September, 1924.[4]
