Francis Spurstow Miller

Admiral Francis Spurstow Miller, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (25 November, 1863 – 6 February, 1954) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Miller was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 1 September, 1918.[1]
